Size: approx. 20 m by 12 m.
Non-electric.
Accommodates up to three tents, or RV/trailer up to 25 ft.
Allows on-site parking for 2 vehicles.
Surface: mostly clay-like soil with some gravel.
Drinking water: not near, but within walking distance either way down the access road.
Comfort station with running water, laundry and showers - near.

The site is quite spacious allowing for easy set up. The clay type of surface soil may get sticky and saggy during serious rains, but still manageable.

There is no immediate neighbours across the road. The neighbours on both sides are separated by some wooded areas. Overall privacy is above average.

The path across the road to the left leads to the well maintained comfort station.
