The park is just down the stream from the dam and across the river from the hydro-electric station. Don't let the industrial landscape scare you. The park is mostly tucked in to wooden hills, with some sites more private than others.

The water level is dependent on the hydro station activity. It may rise covering all the boulders, or it may fall exposing the stone formations.

The park has a boat launch and canoe rentals, but because of the fluctuating water levels your boating experience may be either great or not so much.

The park has a sandy beach with shallow water, great for children. Some sites have waterfront or were set near the beach with electric posts.
