The campground is a mix of seasonal and short-term sites, some of them waterfront, some near water and others in the wooded area. It is well run by friendly and very helpful family.
The park has a marina with the gas station.
There is also a comfort station with flash toilets and hot showers near the office.
The lake is beautiful, but as with any larger body of water, boating and canoeing may be weather dependent. Always check the forecast before going on the trip.
