Oka National Park is in fact a provincial park in Quebec, located in the junction of Ottawa river and St-Lawrence river in the outskirts of Montreal. The proximity of the big city is not noticeable at all.

The park is sitting on Ottawa river with number of islands. Canoeing and kayaking might be weather dependent. But on a good day you can make long trip along and across the river. There is also a boat launch if you camp with the motor boat.
The park has a store and the playground for little campers.

The restrooms are spread across camping area with convenient frequency. They are well built and well maintained. From the photo above you may have an idea of what it looks like from outside. See what it looks like inside.
